Subbed for Amanda’s class and, in the spirit of Chase Berggrun, we did erasures of chapter one of Dracula. 

Here’s mine:

it may have been the paprika

she saw the doubt in my face

which produces a queer sting on the tongue

so I quietly got my polyglot

dictionary from my bag

and waited with a sick feeling of suspense

but the effect was only momentary

and I could not see any cause for it

we kept on ascending

suddenly, I became conscious
